Jim Legg has been actively involved as our Chapter President since 2000 and as a chapter volunteer since our inception as a chapter in 1987. Since he was a little boy growing up in North Dakota, he has been an avid outdoorsman and steward to conservation. Jim is a past PF Dedication & Long Spur recipient; was recognized as the “Outstanding Conservationist” of the Year through the Scott County Farm Service - Soil & Water Conservation Service and resides on the Minnesota PF Habitat Committee.

In his spare time, Jim enjoys spending time with his family in the great outdoors and hunting excursions with his wife Mary.

Wayne Burville has been actively involved in our chapter since its early years. Wayne is a past PF Dedication & Long Spur recipient and currently resides as our Chapter Treasurer.  

In his spare time, Wayne enjoys spending time turkey & pheasant hunting along with canoeing and camping in our Minnesota State Parks throughout the spring, summer and fall months.

Joe is employed by the Belle Plaine School District as the 7-12 Industrial Technology Teacher & Coach of the Belle Plaine ‘Trap Shooting’ Team. As a middle child, with an older brother & younger sister, Joe grew up on a dairy farm in rural Elko / New Market and started hunting at the age of 12. Through the years his hunting excursions have taken him to Iowa, North Dakota, Montana & Southern MN with family & friends. In his spare time, Joe enjoys fishing, downhill skiing,
canoeing, pheasant hunting, deer hunting (muzzleloader) & shooting sports.
