Jim Legg has been actively involved as our Chapter President since 2000 and as a chapter volunteer since our inception as a chapter in 1987. Since he was a little boy growing up in North Dakota, he has been an avid outdoorsman and steward to conservation. Jim is a past PF Dedication & Long Spur recipient; was recognized as the “Outstanding Conservationist” of the Year through the Scott County Farm Service - Soil & Water Conservation Service and resides on the Minnesota PF Habitat Committee.

In his spare time, Jim enjoys spending time with his family in the great outdoors and hunting excursions with his wife Mary.

Wayne Burville has been actively involved in our chapter since its early years. Wayne is a past PF Dedication & Long Spur recipient and currently resides as our Chapter Treasurer.  

In his spare time, Wayne enjoys spending time turkey & pheasant hunting along with canoeing and camping in our Minnesota State Parks throughout the spring, summer and fall months.

Joe is employed by the Belle Plaine School District as the 7-12 Industrial Technology Teacher. As a middle child, with an older brother & younger sister, Joe grew up on a dairy farm in rural Elko / New Market and started hunting at the age of 12. Through the years his hunting excursions have taken him to Iowa, North Dakota, Montana & Southern MN with family & friends. In his spare time, Joe enjoys fishing, downhill skiing, canoeing, pheasant hunting, deer hunting (muzzleloader) & shooting sports.

Stacy has a very diverse background ranging from worldwide mission work, too many years as Learning & Development Coordinator in Commercial Real Estate to working & volunteering her time in the Outdoor Industry. From event coordinating, marketing, social media, web design, pro-staffing and more. Stacy can be found coordinating our Annual Banquet, Charlie’s Hunt for Heroes, MN DNR/PF SCPF Women’s Hunt, etc. Stacy enjoys basically anything and everything the outdoors has to offer including hunting turkey’s, deer, pheasants, breaking clays, fishing, kayaking, mountain biking and mentoring. Stacy is a past recipient of the MN Pheasants Forever Dedication & Long Spur Awards, she was Volunteer of the Year (Minnesota PF State Award – 2011) – has been featured in PF Journal & Turkey Country NWTF.
